As well as being 100% locally owned and operated, Natco Development is also proud to be a 100% Family owned & operated establishment. Our crew is made up of 6 great guys who really know their stuff. Some of the hardest workers around, they are dedicated to providing the greatest services and products available.

We take pride in making sure that our customers are 100% satisfied on every job. We understand the importance of your concrete project. Our experts will work with you from the begining skethes and designs to the last finishing touches to ensure your new addition is perfect for you!

Our Team

Rick Nation, owner of Natco Development. He started the business in 2001 to provide the best concrete construction services in town. He is the back bone of the operation and does what ever it takes to make the company stand out above the rest.

Joe Nation is our foreman & estimator who sees all operations from start to finish. His knowledge of concrete construction insures we provide the best results, & his iron horse work ethic gets the job done as quickly as possible with no sacrifice in quality.

Tyler Stainbrook is our lead finisher. He does our prep work, set up, pouring, and finishing. He works hard and doesn’t leave until the jobs complete.

Marc Schaaf is one of our form setters & finishers. He is a hard worker with a smile on his face, always.

Dustin Miller is one of our form setters & finishers. He is a quiet, smiley guy, very crafty when it comes to finishing concrete.

Juston Ferguson a newer member to our family. Juston is a hard worker, learning he way in the concrete world.

Dakota Miller is the newest member of our family. He is a very hard worker and takes pride in completing your project in a quick & efficient manner.

Carley Schaaf has been the Natco office manager since 2003. She keeps everything in order in the office so our guys can focus on providing the best services to our clients in the field.
